At Car Builder Solutions, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't quite right, you can return them within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Request a Return

  Log into your account portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn garments with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
